+ Booking Policy

How we charge & when-

Cardholder will be charged $50. the day the reservation is made or the full total today if arriving within 8 days. If staying for 5 nights or more we require 50% down; If staying 7 nights or more you’ll need to call before making an online reservation. All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card regardless of how the final payment will be made. We accept MC, Visa, and Discover. The cardholder is responsible for excessive clean-up, damage, or theft for all persons staying in your room.

• Our rates are based on double-occupancy. Rates are quoted per night excluding tax (11.5%).
• Major Holiday stays will be charged at Holiday rates. These Holiday periods include: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Valentine's Day, 4th of July, & the Friday/Saturday nights before a FSU Home Football Game.

+ Inn Policies

We strive to cater to the comfort, privacy and security of our registered guests. In this regard:

• We do not allow any form of smoking or vaping inside the Inn. Smoking/vaping are acceptable outside only. Further charges will be incurred if discovered smoking or vaping indoors at the Inn, including your room.
• We are an adult only property
• 2 guests per room total
• No pets are allowed in this room.
